I started designing fresh flowers when I first moved here in about 1993. I went to work for one of the local florists and totally loved designing flowers for all occasions. After a couple of years I opened my own floral shop called “Where Rosemary Grows”. I had the shop for about 5 years and provided the flowers for over 100 weddings. As my life took me on different journeys I stopped doing fresh flowers until I was asked to do the flowers for my son's wedding last May at Black Hills Receptions. Seeing all the beautiful flowers again and working with them made me realize that flowers were my “bliss”. So I have begun to offer fresh flowers for special events such as weddings, receptions, and gala events. I love making big bouquets and would describe my style as “garden style”. I look forward to growing some of my specialty herbs and flowers in my gardens and creating beautiful bouquets.
