Capacity - how many guests can you seat/accommodate
Our Petrified Forest outdoor chapel can seat 60 on our built-in benches and additional chairs can be rented from us for larger group seating.
Our Deerview Meadow and Back 6 locations can accommodate very large groups as they are located outdoors.
Our wedding reception venue – the Lodge – can seat 150 guests indoors and an additional 100 guests on the patio.

Our Wedding packages offer personalized combinations of the Wedding Ceremony venue, the Wedding Reception venue, as well as lodging units and RV sites for your guests. Contact us about discounts applicable to reservations of 10 or more lodging units.
Menu/Catering options – do you offer catering, do you allow outside caters
We allow our guests to self-cater, hire outside caterers, or we can also provide of list of trusted local caterers.
Rental Options - what you have available for rent
Chairs are available for rent for any of our wedding ceremony venues. A portable P.A. system with mic and speakers can also be rented and used at any of our ceremony venues as well as the Lodge. Musicians (violin, cello, or piano) are available for live entertainment.

Does the venue offer a place for the bridal parties to get ready?
We have a special room in the Lodge where the bridal parties can get ready, as well as cabins that can be rented and would also be well suited for that purpose.
