Michelle and Chris Truth Engagement Announcement

Michelle Calvin, daughter of Jerry and Robin Calvin of McCook, NE, has become engaged to Chris Truth, son of Bruce and Karen Truth of Hot Springs, SD.

Proposal

While we were camping together with our border collies, I had just come in the door of our camper and Chris said that Texas (one of our dogs) has a question and that I was to come up where they were. This is pretty common, so I walked to them. He then got down on one knee and asked me to marry him, and of course my answer was yes! He made me so happy I was crying. My parents were waiting for us so we could all leave to get some planned family pictures taken, and they knew what happened as soon as I showed up with tears in my eyes and a smile on my face.

How They Met

Chris and Michelle have been dating for nine years and are excited for their upcoming wedding.

They enjoy riding in the hills on their Polaris Razor, camping, riding their motorcycles, and playing with their three border collies.
