Kaitlin Cramer, daughter of Marty & Alicia Cramer of Genesee, ID, has become engaged to Trent Nelson, son of Linda & Mark Nelson of Sisseton, SD.

Proposal

Kait is a big Boston Red Sox fan, so Trent surprised her with a trip to Fenway!
Unbeknownst to Kait, a series of hilarious events postponed Trent’s original plans to pop the question (A rogue photographer, pouring rain, getting hangry, Friday the 13th…). Trent anxiously spent the long weekend carrying the ring through 2 baseball games, the entire freedom trail, and Boston’s most iconic attractions. On their last night in Boston, Kait & Trent revisited a beautiful spot in the Harbor. Trent asked a stranger to take a picture and picked a perfect moment to get down on one knee!

How They Met

Trent and Kait met in Rapid City in 2014 through mutual friends. Trent showed off all his charm and Kait couldn’t resist him.
Kait is a sucker for cheesy jokes and witty humor, and Trent kept feeding her the best lines… Seriously, from Ryan Gosling memes to Daniel Boone jokes, his text game was on point. They unexpectedly hit it off and when Trent got a job offer in Seattle, it became the first of many adventures they will have together!
