Jessica and Adam Lewis Engagement Announcement

Jessica Bintliff, daughter of Glenn & Michelle Bintliff of Hill City, has become engaged to Adam Lewis, son of Michael and Barbara Lewis of Rapid City.

Proposal

We were visiting Sylvan Lake and had planned on walking around the lake path for a bit of fresh air. Once we got out of the car and walked a short distance I wanted to go back to the car and settle for seeing the lake from the beach area. After some convincing I agreed to venture on for our brisk walk around the lake but not without a little grumbling on the way. As we neared the end of our walk I was walking quickly to get to the car and warm up when Adam called out from behind. As I turned around he got down on one knee while his dad had appeared to capture the amazing moment. I was completely surprised and could barely keep my composure. Of course I agreed to take his hand in marriage and later found out that he had planned the entire thing from when we left the house to visit Sylvan Lake.

How They Met

We met online and had our first date at ColdStone Creamery.
