We offer two styles of catering--our Old West style, as well as the traditional style. With the Old West style, we set up and cook right at your venue. We are dressed in cowboy attire, and cook in our large Dutch ovens for all to watch and ask questions. We personally serve each guest right out of the ovens as they come through the line.
For those that want a more traditional meal, we prepare your meal off site in our commercial kitchen, then transport it to your venue. We set up serving tables for our chafers. Our attire is formal with chef’s jackets. We still personally serve each guest. Either method features our fabulous food.
We use only USDA Choice Angus Beef in our beef dishes. Our Pot Roast, Mesquite smoked Beef Brisket, and Applewood smoked Pork Loin is personally carved by me as your guests come through the line.
All our food is prepared from scratch. We do not do "heat & eat".
